Hajj

This month the children been learning all about Hajj, the children been practicing doing Hajj to do performer in Eid festival, Salma and his friends were very excited to dress up the Ihram clothes to start doing hajj by making tawaff around the Kabaa seven times,then they went between Safaa and Marwaa seven times too, after that they pretending going to Mina as they read Quraan in there and from Mina to Arafa mountain, the children made lots of Doa'a in there, then they all picked seven stones each to do ramy aljamarat, after that they all celebrate the Eid and they were very happy and proud.

Review of learning
Today Salma was able to experience a very significant event of her culture and religion,
alongside her peers. Performing Hajj allowed her to connect to her spiritual side, as well
as make important connections between home, school and her wider community.

Caring about my friends

It was nice sunny day today, so we decided to go outside to play.
Salama, Rahma, Soffya, ran toward the swing but Rahma was the fastest so she had turn first, Soffya was upset that she want to play first , at that moment Salma started to comfort  her friend and told her:"its ok Soffya we just need to set down and wait for our turn" so they they both sat down and waited. Salama started to count up to ten, when she finished counting Rahma gave a turn to Salma, but before she got into the swing she looked at Soffya and told her;"dont worry i will give you a turn next, just count up to ten".

Review of learning:
Salma  today you show respect and care to your friend, problem-solve as you find away to calm you friend when she felt sad.

Salma
